Over the past 2 years, Genesis is elaborating on Apps & GameDev projects. Currently, our Recruitment Team is filling vacancies for more than 10 new business units in the category of Development, Marketing, Design, Product Management and Analytics.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with extra motivation, who's ready to work in a challenging and dynamic environment and match our products with A-players. In return, we offer opportunities for professional growth and a team you won't get bored with.

Your impact:

- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
- Screen candidates resume and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Monitoring recruitment process identifying areas for improvement

About you:

1+ year of experience in recruiting with proven achievements history with technical positions
Knowledge of the main searching tools and ability to use them at a high level
Good command of both written and spoken English
Able to handle multitasking effectively

Soft skills:

Result-oriented and attention to detail
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Stress resistance and optimism
