Junior Recruiter (Researcher) (offline)

Requirements:

At least intermediate level of English;
Willing to work in HR area;
Experience in HR research is a big plus;
Knowledge of IT area/market is a big plus;
Ability to work independently and in team environments;
Attention to details.

Responsibilities:

Identify and source (active and passive) prospective candidates through a variety of sources/methods (including internal database, job boards, search engines, and social media);
Participate in job briefings and collaborate with Recruiters to understand position requirements;
Perform market research on candidate skill sets, demographics, and hiring trends;
Support HR processes.
