Atlassian Administrator (offline)

Role Description:
Atlassian Products Administration and Configuration (Jira Software, Jira ServiceDesk, Confluence)
Implementation of business processes of internal and external customers in Atlassian products
Implementation of exchange procedures between Atlassian Products and other systems (CRM, ERP)
Atlassian Products Server Infrastructure Software Find and troubleshoot problems
Testing and implementing new Add-ons

Required Skills and Knowledge:
Experience deploying and updating Atlassian Products and finding and fixing problems
Experience in administration of Atlassian Jira
Atlassian Confluence administration experience
Experience with the Jira API

Will be considered as a Competitive Advantage:
Experience in using Automation for Jira
Experience in using ScriptRunner for Jira
Experience in integrating Jira with external systems
Intermediate English level
