UX/UI Web Designer (offline)

Requirements:

- 2+ years experience with UX/UI & graphic design (Adobe XD / Figma).
- Experience with Adaptive/Responsive Design Principles.
- Experience in graphic design, iconography, styling.
- Be able to understand complex business and system requirements and translate these into simple UI and UX concepts.
- Be able to follow the existing brand style.
- Be able to come up and support your own decisions.
- English level: Intermediate or higher.
- Have a good relevant online portfolio (web desktop applications).
- Experience in wireframe development.


Optional Requirements:

- Experience with HTML / CSS / JS.
- Experience with React.
- Knowing of Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with animations.
- Good understanding of SaaS and e-commerce businesses.
- Experience in using complex monitoring / analytics / diagnostics tools. Seeing their UX / UI.
- Experience in email marketing.
- Experience in creating marketing visual creatives (videos / pics, gifs, etc).
- Prototyping.
- Experience in creating email templates.


Responsibilities:

— Intuitive UX/UI design development/optimization of websites and web applications according to the exact target audience
— Competitors applications/websites research on the market
— Making wireframes based on the content given
— Discovering new creative ideas and technologies of website/web application design

Work specifics:
- Working days: Monday-Friday
- Schedule: 16:00-00:00 Kiev time (9 am - 5 pm EST)
