We’re looking for an IT Recruitment Lead who will help us build and implement recruitment processes.

Required skills:
- 4+ years in IT recruitment;
- Leadership abilities;
- Deep understanding of full lifecycle recruiting in the IT industry;
- Good understanding of HR Processes in IT company;
- Mindset: mature, flexible, and able to successfully respond to multiple work pressures;
- Team player person who values accountability, honesty, and has a strong sense of urgency;
- Should be willing to participate in other HR projects; Excellent organizational skills;
-Upper-Intermediate level of English.

As a plus:
- Successful team management and development.

- Build and develop recruitment team;
- Full life cycle recruitment of technical and managerial positions; Implement and optimize the recruitment process;
- Manage and develop relationships with hiring managers and candidates;
- Supervise, implement, and ensure that the applicant tracking system is consistently and effectively used to provide accurate recruitment metrics and compliance;
- Participate in HR projects.
