Senior Product Designer (mobile app) (offline)

Responsibilities and Duties
— You will be working with a US-based team of product stakeholders and engineers while part of the Kyiv design team that consists of 10+ designers.
— You will design with customer needs and business and product strategy in mind, closely collaborating with product and engineering team members.
— You will take customer test results and relevant data into a pixel perfect design solution.


Qualifications and Skills
— 3+ years of experience as Product Designer for iOS and Android.
— 3+ years of experience with Sketch or Figma.
— Experience with JIRA and Confluence to work with product and QA teams.
— Experience working with UX Research teams or conducting research yourself.
— Fluent English and confidence presenting your work to project stakeholders.
— Experience working with remote English-speaking teams.


Nice to have
— You have built and maintained a collaborative design system and library for multiple designers.
— You have led or participated in design critiques to run a constructive feedback process with multiple designers.
— You have used Framer, Flinto, Axure or equivalent hi-fidelity prototyping tools to articulate interaction design.
— You have experience working on social networking products.
— You have experience designing for web.
