We are looking for a specialist to develop new and ongoing projects, manage development team. Our future colleague has good communication skills to build a partnership with teammates. It’s important to be flexible and ready to work in a fast-growing and changeable environment.

You’ll be involved in tasks: technical writing; project planning; roadmap contribution; impact mapping; project lifecycle management; dev team management; unit economy, KPI; customer development; CJM design; value proposition; concept development; risk management; identification of stakeholders; business process modeling (BPMN will be +).

Main responsibilities:
— Project planning define, estimate, schedule, and document all the work required to achieve the customer’s goals
— Control, manage, monitor, and forecast the project to ensure successful delivery within the given constraints
— Manage communications with the customer and internal stakeholders, ensure customer’s satisfaction
— Support the entire software development, focus the team on the result
— Drive and support the continuous improvement of the project
— Manage project risks
— Develop, manage and keep actual project management documentation

Requirements:
— 1+ years of experience as project manager in IT sphere
— Proactivity, willingness to take responsibility for the result
— English — intermediate — communication with partners
— Ability to develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teammates
— Good theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in requirements and risk management
— Experience in communication with customers in software outsourcing
— Experience in people management practices: coaching and mentoring, team and conflict management, team motivation and team building
— High level of self-organization, attention to details
