IT Recruiter (offline)
Requirements
β’ Successful experience as an IT recruiter for 6 months;
β’ Skills in direct search and headhunting;
β’ Skills in candidate selection, interviewing;
β’ General understanding of the IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies;
β’ Experience in closing vacancies at the Middle+ level in the IT-sphere;
β’ Superior verbal and written communication skills;
β’ Strong research and analytical skills;
β’ Attention to details;
β’ Ability to meet deadlines;
β’ Intermediate level of English.
β’ Knowledge in Sourcing, Recruitment Tools and LinkedIn search will be a plus.
Responsibilities
β’ Full cycle recruitment process;
β’ Search and selection of candidates, including active search and hunting;
β’ Building a strong pipeline to source and connect with potential candidates;
β’ Organization and conducting interviews with candidates;
β’ Conducting job offer negotiations;
β’ Motivation and adaptation of candidates at the first period.
