IT Recruiter (offline)

Requirements
β€’ Successful experience as an IT recruiter for 6 months;
β€’ Skills in direct search and headhunting;
β€’ Skills in candidate selection, interviewing;
β€’ General understanding of the IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies;
β€’ Experience in closing vacancies at the Middle+ level in the IT-sphere;
β€’ Superior verbal and written communication skills;
β€’ Strong research and analytical skills;
β€’ Attention to details;
β€’ Ability to meet deadlines;
β€’ Intermediate level of English.
β€’ Knowledge in Sourcing, Recruitment Tools and LinkedIn search will be a plus.

Responsibilities
β€’ Full cycle recruitment process;
β€’ Search and selection of candidates, including active search and hunting;
β€’ Building a strong pipeline to source and connect with potential candidates;
β€’ Organization and conducting interviews with candidates;
β€’ Conducting job offer negotiations;
β€’ Motivation and adaptation of candidates at the first period.
