IT Recruiter (offline)

Requirements
• Successful experience as an IT recruiter for 6 months;
• Skills in direct search and headhunting;
• Skills in candidate selection, interviewing;
• General understanding of the IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies;
• Experience in closing vacancies at the Middle+ level in the IT-sphere;
• Superior verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong research and analytical skills;
• Attention to details;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• Intermediate level of English.
• Knowledge in Sourcing, Recruitment Tools and LinkedIn search will be a plus.

Responsibilities
• Full cycle recruitment process;
• Search and selection of candidates, including active search and hunting;
• Building a strong pipeline to source and connect with potential candidates;
• Organization and conducting interviews with candidates;
• Conducting job offer negotiations;
• Motivation and adaptation of candidates at the first period.
