Since 2002 Fulcrum Software is working with global leaders in medicine solutions, developing and maintaining end-to-end applications and products, which help doctors to save lives.

Product: Development of cardiovascular ultrasound scanners (heart) which are used daily in hospitals around the world. The general office is in Norway. Outstaffing product. The team consists of 3 members.

Tools: Adobe suite (Structured FrameMaker plus some use of Illustrator and Photoshop); Dita-XML

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field
• Advanced speaking and written English language level.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, presentation skills, and technical communication skills
• Proactive, hunting for information
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Good technical understanding


Will be a plus (not essential, but will give extra points)
• Know Scrum method of working
• Technical background/education
• Experience working with global development sites
• Experience managing documentation projects and staff
• Previous supervisory experience, including global and/or virtual team
• Experience in a health-care related field
• Proven ability to work independently and in teams
• Experience with user interface design and/or usability testing

Responsibility
• Develop and manage all documentation requirements
• Review, edit and test documentation
• Adhere to internal technical publications standards
• Track and fix documentation defects
• Assist in the development and implementation of the user documentation strategy
• Create work breakdown structures, document product plans, and documentation staffing/resourcing plans. Manage work plans through the entire software development process
• Leverage knowledge in advanced aspects of technical/functional areas and apply technical theory and practical experience with input from relevant functional areas to solve complex problems
• Work independently and possesses a level of functional expertise necessary to influence and execute technical and project delivery execution
• Work with internal customers and/or program leadership to ensure that the project deliverables are consistent with the goals of larger programs or initiatives
• Accountable for implementing and teaching engineering standards
