Junior Sales Manager/Lead Generation Manager (offline)
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.
Required skills:
- understanding of IT sales process;
- understanding of software development cycle;
- advanced+ English (written);
- strong communication skills;
- being proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented;
- prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Will be a plus:
- experience in IT outsourcing company;
- advanced+ English (spoken);
- UpWork outbound bids experience;
- experience in generating leads using LinkedIn and other additional sources.
Responsibilities:
- generate qualified leads through different sales channels;
- gaintain and expand your database of potential clients;
- converting leads into paid customers;
- take part in improving the existing sales processes;
- submit weekly progress reports and results.
