We are looking for a Customer Care Manager for our game projects.

- Higher education;
- Excellent verbal communication and solid writing skills;
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English;
- Advanced PC/Internet user;
- Experience in a similar position (e.g., support, call-center);

- Provide timely and quality customer support;
- Bridging communication between the R’n’D team and our game community;
- Being the first point of contact for our VIP players;
- Respond to tickets in a helpdesk tool, reply to comments on Facebook, Instagram, Store reviews;
- Develop and maintain knowledge-base document and templates;
- Day-to-day communication with the development team;
- Escalation of the issues to QA, devs when required;
- Active participation in all of the processes related to the game;
- Sending reports to the game management with the overview of problems and issues that players are facing.
