You’re:

You have a high empathy level and understand how can you help users achieve their goals and solve their problems
You know how to create high converting user flow, use different psychological patterns, improve UX
You clear understand web and mobile design guidelines
You’re passioned with product creation, have many ideas and don’t afraid to experiment
You can wrap up any product in design
You are passioned with psychology research and user experience
You understand that designer is one of the most important team-member

Required Qualifications:

Web and Mobile Design experience (>3 years)
High empathy level
Understanding of behaviour patterns
User psychology understanding and manipulating
Understanding of the Financial Products design
User Flow
Wireframing
Prototyping
Usability Testing
Web Design Guidelines knowledge
Sitemap

Responsibilities:

Create Web Products for FinTech
Use the Jobs-to-be-Done framework
Create Personas, User Stories, User Flow, Sitemap, Wireframes, Prototypes, User Interactions, and Design Production
Work with complicated and challenging products
Prepare a design for a development production
Create powerful emotional impact with design
Create design libraries, automate and improve workflow
Work close with Head of Product Management, developers, and marketers
