Visual UI / Motion Designer (offline)

Responsibilities
- Work closely with our User Experience Design team to produce motion graphics and visual content for DecisionMapper's internal campaigns and client projects.
- Design from scratch or tailor existing visuals to be optimized for implementation across all platforms
- Produce graphics and visual assets for products, pitch decks, digital marketing materials, social media, design systems, and more
- Juggle multiple projects while effectively meeting deadlines and managing expectations

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in graphic design
- Demonstrable experience designing for motion
- Excellent visual design skills
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to prototype using Webflow, Framer, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and AfterEffects.
- Must be proficient in English or Spanish communication
