Tech Support Engineer (cloud storage) (offline)

With one of our teams growing we're looking for an experienced Tech Support Engineer who is passionate about cloud storage industry.

You'll be surrounded by people who are smart, passionate about cloud storage, and believe that world class service is critical to customer success. You will support and simplify the operational scalability that sustains cloud storage's insane growth. Your success will be measurable and visible.

On a "typical" day, support engineers might deep dive to root cause a customer issue, investigate why a metric is trending the wrong way, consult with the top engineers, or discuss radical new approaches to automate operational issues. If you are a talented, detail-oriented and enthusiastic professional who is passionate about providing exemplary customer service, and eager to learn new technologies, this position is for you!

What You Will Do:
- explore the inner workings of S3 and other cloud services
- engage with team engineers to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot the services
- always be up to date with the cutting-edge technology
- grow technically and creatively

What you need:
- fluent command of English (both spoken and written)
- 1+ years' experience in support engineering, operations, maintenance, and process improvement and automation
- experience and/or knowledge of AWS cloud service
- customer oriented and responsible attitude

Will be a great plus:
- understanding of Linux and networking protocols such as HTTP, DNS, TLS
- AWS S3 certificate
