Megavast is looking for an efficient Assistant Project Manager to contribute and support the planning and execution of projects.To be successful as an Assistant Project Manager you have to be a self-organized negotiator with high analytical and planning skills, be able to perform any tasks assigned by the Management in an efficient and timely manner.

As a Project Manager you will work with a team of experienced Project Managers, getting knowledge in the IT sphere and help in bringing mobile applications to the next level!

Requirements:

-At least 2 years of previous experience as Project Manager/Project Manager Assistant (any field);
-Desire to work in IT sphere;
-Experience in coordinating a team with at least 3 members on the project;Ability to work in a team and manage people;
-Experience in finding non-standard solutions and innovations,analyze information and propose issue solutions quickly.
-Proficiency in project management techniques;
-MS/BS degree;
-Upper Intermediate English+ (able to read, write, communicate freely with foreigners, able to read and write technical and business documentation in English);

Personal qualities:

-Good communication and analytical skills.
-Time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work;
-Personal confidence and strong troubleshooting attitude; tactfulness, ability to work with confidential information;
-High level of responsibility and pro-activity;
-Flexibility and quick thinking.

Responsibilities:

-Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals
-Support and update Project office documents workflow
-Preparation of minutes, following up on action points and collecting updates
-Regular internal reporting
-Project specification document creation
-Take part in the estimation process
-Marketing development
-External parties negotiations
-Break project into tasks, define priorities and distribute between team members
-Assist in holding daily meetings with the team
-Track project status and progress
