— At least 5+ years of practical project management experience
— Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teams
— Practical experience working with Agile delivery lifecycle (Scrum/Kanban)
— Practical experience in the management of several projects;
— Practical experience in team management;
— Strong tactical planning and leadership skills
— Strong organizational, negotiation, conflict resolution capabilities
— Business-oriented person
— Strong risk management skills
— Fluent or advanced English

Обязанности
— Ensure projects start, tailoring and delivery according to the best-fit delivery model and best project management practices;
— Lead and manage the pre-sale process in order to provide the best proposals and win deals;
— Take an active part in business and contract negotiations, as well as defining business terms in contracts;
— Manage the company projects within customer’s constraints;
— Control KPIs, such as profitability, revenue, utilization, attrition and take active actions to keep them at the best possible level;
— Be a resource and people manager, actively participate in planning required hires in collaboration with HR&Recruiting team;
— Be an entrepreneur and act as the customer’s agent, by developing customer relations and business insight, and proposing extra services customers may need;
— Create and improve the Project management and Delivery company processes for improving the company goals;
— Interview PMs and ensure onboarded people’s professional growth.
