REQUIRED SKILLS:
— Two-plus-year experience in recruiting IT professionals
— Comprehensive understanding of recruiting processes
— Successfully filled technical and managerial positions
— English - Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
— Excellent communication skills, independence, the ability to be effective in multitasking mode
WILL BE A PLUS:
— Experience in filling vacancies abroad
— Willingness to contribute to employer branding: propose and implement ideas
RESPONSIBILITIES:
— Full-cycle recruitment
— Creating a job profile and writing a vacancy
— Active search and selection of technical and non-technical personnel
— Conducting interviews with potential candidates, including telephone and online interviews
— Development of new approaches in attracting candidates and improving the selection process
— Developing long-term relationships with potential candidates through networking
— Monitoring and analysis of the labor market
— Reporting and metrics
— Participation in HR projects

We are currently developing new custom versions dedicated to the IT sector. Every teammate can get involved and contribute creatively, have fun in a great company of like-minded people, and support the project.
