Sales Manager

Candidates should have the following skills:

- Upper-Intermediate or higher level English (practical experience of written and oral communication with native English-speaking people is strongly desired);
- Excellent business communication skills;
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills;
- Accuracy and attention to details;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Business etiquette knowledge;
- Ability to work under minimum supervision;
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple words;
- Willingness to self-development.

Advantage will be given to those candidates, who have:
- Experience with closed deals;
- General understanding of Web Technologies and understanding of IT outsourcing market;
- Understanding Marketing for IT industry;
- Knowledge of other foreign languages, except English;
- Experience in Sales;
- Experience with task tracking tools;
- Knowledge of other foreign languages will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Sale’s tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Active searching and attracting new customers;
- Working with current clients, cross-sells/upsells;
- Customers’ needs analysis, developing long-term relationships.
