Junior Operations Specialist (offline)

- Loads billing data into MobiChord software, by conducting imports of electronic data formats;
- Meets Service Level Agreement requirements for timely receipt and import of invoice data;
- Fulfill carrier plans and device requests and track it’s implementation;
- Work directly with our customers to understand complex service catalog requirements involving multiple languages and scopes;
- Create, link and maintain devices, accessories, services and pricing options;
- Validate availability of catalog items on supplier portals;
- Perform recurring catalog reviews and changes per customer requests;
- Optimize custom catalog maintenance approach developing best practices and leveraging MobiChord technology
