Main Responsibilities:
• Analyse the competitive environment and market trends to develop effective sales strategies;
• Develop, approve and implementation company's commercial strategy;
• Create sales department budget;
• Attract new customers and build lasting relationships with regular and potential partners;
• Manage day-to-day commercial and operational activities and indicators
• Build and improve on operational processes
• Improve sales' and accounts' team efficiency in order to achieve sale plan volumes and focus on the monetization of products and projects;
• Building a system of operational performance tracking, performance management and staff motivation (KPI, OKR)
• Form reports for CEOs and shareholders

Key Requirements:
• Leadership qualities;
• Analytical mind-set;
• Structural and systematic character;
• Professional experience in online and offline business;
• Over 3 years of commercial management experience in online business from;
• Track record of multiple increase in sales, profitability, growth;
• Experience of personnel management from 10 people;
• Experience in managing 3+ product or regional areas;
• Experience in working with software development teams, online applications and marketing;
• Intermediate+ English.
