Integration support specialist

Looking for an integration support specialist to provide an excellent level of support for our account/advertising managers as well as for our partners. The technical support specialist localizes and troubleshoots issues with live advertising campaigns and knows all ways of publisher integrations.

Key skills & experience:
• 1+ years of experience in support or equivalent
• Tech thinking and base knowledge of debugging process
• Patience and attention to details
• Self-motivated and fast learning as tools and environments multiple and changing
• Must exhibit a high degree of ownership and accountability

• Good sense of humor

Key responsibilities:
• Help LoopMe account and advertising managers with technical issues and questions
• Investigate issues with advertising campaigns
• Know all the ways of LoopMe publishers integrations (WEB, in-app SDK, Real-Time Bidding RTB) and most common issues that may appear
• Guide a publisher through the integration process
• Manage LoopMe wiki pages and create instructions for new features
• Feedback on manual docs used or missing to improve the future integrations
• Cooperation with multinational support team (Ukraine — UK — the US)
