Middle Sale manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager

iStar Design Bureau is looking for the experienced BDM (sales manager IT).

Our iStar team is growing and we are happy to welcome a new sales manager.

Required skills:
- English Upper-Intermediate / Advanced (Read / Write / Verbal). Knowledge of one more foreign language would be a plus. You should be able to communicate with C-Level.
- Work experience on a similar position for at least 1 year.
- Team player.
- Resistance to stress / conflict and problem solver.
- Attention to detail, responsibility.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, sales markets, sales channels.
- Basic understanding of web development.
- Full sales cycle experience: from searching to closing deals.

Responsibilities:
- Search for new clients and their support.
- Work with UpWork, LinkedIn, etc. Other sales (new!) channels are welcome.
- Achievement of assigned tasks.
- Bringing new ideas on how to increase the flow of tasks for the team.
- Support the client from very beginning till roll out the website to the product.
- Work with different tools like Trello, Toggl, etc. and reports.
