QA Manual Engineer (offline)

ABOUT THIS ROLE:
You will need to learn and understand our product at a high level of detail and coordinate with developers and the business team in the execution of their primary responsibilities, including:
Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual tests and test data
Should be able to create test plans and test cases
Report bugs and follow them through the complete bug life cycle (Jira)
Communicating with developers and business team clients on specific application issues
Prioritizing QA issues and facilitate issue resolution
Working with product or project managers to establish timing and ensure timely completion of QA elements
Work in close collaboration with software developers
Developing and maintain QA guidelines and process documentation

REQUIREMENTS:
These skills are essential for success in this position:
Minimum 1 QA experience on web applications in multi-application production environments
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills
English level upper-intermediate or higher
