Head of Sales Automation (offline)

What will you be responsible for in the team and what will your income be tied to:

Customer retention and increased customer life cycle (LTV);
Timeliness, quality of scripts for a voice bot, their effectiveness;
Integration with clients;
Customer satisfaction with results and service (CSI, NPS);
Keeping the data in our CPM up to date;
Build relationships with current customers;
Briefings and presentations;
Development of conversation scenarios individually for each client;
Evaluating the effectiveness of calls;
Improvement of scripts;
Development of a telephone touch strategy, integration;
Consulting clients on the product;
Lead account and sales team for quality control, control of key indicators for mailings, and for clients.
