Junior IT Sales Manager for DESIGN TEAM (offline) $800-999

Pecode Software is a company with a four-year history that unites together a team of ambitious and proactive professionals to provide full-cycle software services. We are currently looking for a junior IT Sales Manager to join our sales department.


Requirements:
You should be from Lviv
Good communication and negotiation skills
Be adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Being able to perform well with the routine tasks
Being attentive to details and self-organized
Experience in lead generation or sales role
Upper-intermediate level of English is required

Responsibilities:
1. Search clients according to the requirements formed together with the Design team
2. Surfing Upwork feed or others platforms in search of leads and potential clients on everyday basis
3. Identifying new prospects and sales opportunities
4. Updating and maintaining company database of qualified leads and manage lead tracking
5. Creating selling proposals and customized messages
6. Integration with the potential customers at the pre-sale stages
7. Set up meetings with qualified leads and potential clients
8. Managing clients: working with the needs and requests, managing objections, preparing follow-ups

Will be a plus:
Experience with Design/Marketing studio
Experience in outsourcing sales
Experience with Upwork and similar platforms
