Your experience:
— High level of the English language (Upper-Intermediate)
— You are a great logical & creative thinking person
— Exceptional communication skills
— Ability to adaptable to frequent change
— Proven customer service skills is a huge plus
— Ability to be a real team player
— Self-starter and work with minimal supervision.
— Provides counsel, guidance and suggestions to our customers to adequately cover and protect what they value most. This is done by using upselling and cross-selling sales skills to educate customers and on new and existing products & services

Will be a plus:
— Working experience in the customer support area

Role details:
— Working schedule 5/2 — 15:30 to 24:00

— In this role, you will provide technical assistance to our software integration customers.
— You will work with customers, product managers, software developers and experienced co-workers.
— Answer user inquiries regarding our software integrations and resolve problems.
— Escalate Tier Two problems to the Software Engineer Team
— Reach out to new customers regarding their experience
