Team Lead Back End (offline)

Responsibilities:

Back-end development
Build solution architecture
Ad-hoc ETL scripts development
Research and work with 3rd parties API
Best Practices Implementation: Unit Testing (TDD), Code Review, CI/CD, GitFlow
Maintaining high-quality coding standards within the team
Continuous Delivery procedures development and refinement
Quality Review of newly created functionality
Continuous assessment and refinement of existing Architecture
Work with Agile/Scrum


Requirements:
5+ years of back-end development (Python)
OOP experience
Best Practices Implementation: Unit Testing (TDD), Code Review, CI/CD, GitFlow
Application Architecture and Database modeling practice
Microservices
Leadership experience
Agile/Scrum
English upper intermediate

As a plus:
Golang
NoSQL databases
Experience with high-load and high scale databases
AWS API development
3rd parties API
Technologies: elasticsearch, memcache, kafka
