Middle QA Manual Engineer (offline)

The project

We are working on a healthcare product — from scratch, we developed a high-performance scalable web platform with multiple integrated applications (.NET Core microservices). The product is aimed at automation of the full cycle of patient-clinic-doctor relations.

The project is in the active development phase (the product is used at the market). Customer Location — USA.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements, gathering, analysis, and processing
• Develop and maintain test-related documentation (test cases/scenarios)
• Split the tasks into subtasks within the scope and perform testing
• Write detailed and easy to understand bug reports
• Set up and maintain effective communication with stakeholders on quality issues
• Assess the release management process and timely product delivery
• Perform all kind of QA testing for products


Requirements
• At least two years of QA experience in testing web and mobile applications
• Familiarity with the entire Software Development Life Cycle process
• Understanding of SQA methodologies, techniques, and approaches
• Experience using defect tracking tool and quality/test management tool like Jira
• Must have troubleshooting skills, and be able to perform root cause analysis
• Self-motivated, able to learn and research issues independently
• Good communication skills, ability to the high-quality job done in a rush within tight timelines


Must have:

• Experience with testing web and mobile applications
• API testing background
• HTML, CSS, XML and SQL basic level
• Technical background
• Requirements analysis and processing
• Experience working on specs and test documentation
• Strong communication skills
• Good command of English
