Requirements:
· To be willing to manage a highly professional Java Team and help them to grow professionally and technically;
· To be up-to-date with the latest technologies and development techniques;
· At least upper Intermediate verbal and written English.


What would you do:
· Design projects’ architecture;
· Identifying risks and conducting mitigation action planning;
· Reviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback;
· Manage and mentor the Team;
· Participate in Company’s management and pre-sales processes.
