We are currently looking for a responsible and fun-loving individual for the role of Senior Portfolio Support Specialist who will be reporting to the Portfolio Support Team Lead.

Main Responsibilities
• Uploading registers into the system and checking of correctness of data on a daily basis.
• Updating payments to client’s report on a daily basis.
• Deactivating of cases/phones upon requests.
• Cross checking of payment information on a monthly basis.
• Preparing data for portfolio performance overview and other ad-hoc OPS analysis.
• Maintaining daily communication with clients regarding registers management.
• Providing a daily control of fulfilment, changing, and testing of communication strategy logic based on business requests.
• Managing changes in SMS templates and rules changes for running of SMS campaigns.
• Working with waiver client programs (change eligibility for forgiveness for whole portfolio, fill amount to pay and amount to forgive with proper values according to logic described in attachment, update scripts and arguments, and prepare and test SMS dispatches.
• Test and check operation and collection reporting.
• Communicating with IT regarding DB related issues.
• Other analytical-related request from the COO.

Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Basic SQL knowledge is a must
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools
• Additional experience in integration and reporting solutions such as SSIS or SSRS will be a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or economical field
• Proficient in the English language (pre-intermediate / A2)
