Junior Recruiter (Global) (offline)

Your main duties are:
— Full-cycle recruitment across MGID’s global presence (US, Europe & LATAM regions);
— Scaling and improving recruitment department’s policies and operations for international hiring;
— Data collection and analytics.

You fit these requirements:
— 1+ year of experience in recruitment (tech and business roles);
— Exposure to international environment (work or education);
— Understanding recruitment’s best practices;
— Well-versed in modern recruitment tools;
— High-level communication skills and ethics.
