Account Manager (offline)

REQUIRED SKILL:

1,5+ years of experience in IT industry and experience in negotiations with Western partners/clients
Highly developed communication skills
Developed empathy: the ability to listen and hear the client, to communicate with him in his coordinate system,
Learning to get things done
Effective time management skills
Skills to prioritize and carry out important but not immediate tasks for long-term success
English level - upper-intermediate or higher

WILL BE A PLUS:

Experience with outstaff projects

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing client expectations
Customer satisfaction management
Quality assurance of the work performed in front of the client and the development team on our side
Influence on the composition of the development team, its style of work in accordance with the business objectives of the specific client
Developing positive relationships in a way that best meets the client’s business needs
Improved and refined client agreement on win-win basis
All financial and administrative matters with the client, including both regular invoices and accounts and individual case negotiations
Increase in team size before selling our services under current client agreement
Detecting hidden and potential problems, influencing them and then solving them
Client feedback and feedback on success of client interaction on a regular basis
Ensure and track timely payment on a regular basis
Price negotiation with current client
Resolution of problems between company and client
Getting referrals from the client for subsequent sale of our services
