Digital Ads Specialist/Lead Generator (offline)

Required skills
— 2+ years of experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Even better if you can prove it with respective certificates;
— A strong knowledge of running and managing Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ads is a huge plus;
— Expertise in creating landing pages that convert;
— Experience launching and running large-scale advertising campaigns;
— The ability to create catchy, engaging, and selling ads.

Responsibilities
— Develop and manage lead generation strategies;
— Analyze the target audiences and create highly engaging landing pages;
— Plan, execute, and monitor ad campaigns;
— Analyze and optimize traffic quality;
— Create and test ad copy, generate new ideas;
— Generate and test hypotheses, conduct A/B tests to achieve and improve target indicators such as cost per lead, CTR, conversions;
— Develop strategies for the successful scaling of ad campaigns;
— Set tasks for creating high converting
landing pages, if necessary;
— Manage campaign expenses and estimate future costs;
— Generate and present weekly reports regarding ad campaigns.
