Game Designer (offline)

Requirements:
- 2+ years as Game Designer;
- Experience in the development and support of successful mobile and/or social games;
- Development of both the main game mechanics and additional mini-games and features, as well as justification of their feasibility;
- Writing a GDD;
- Balancing and setting up the gameplay, description requirements for the collection of statistics and its analysis;
- Understanding the specifics of mobile games;
- Ability to work with data and improve the project;
- Strategic thinking, benevolence, teamwork;
- Knowledge of basic analytical metrics for mobile games;
- Proactivity, ability to independently move tasks;
- Ability to clearly and structured formulate and express their thoughts orally and in writing.
