This role will work in a high-skilled and fast-paced Professional Services organization and responsible for supporting and improving our SaaS based product. The implementation consultant is expected to contribute to and influence the strategic direction of support processes and technologies.

Responsibilities:

- Develop liquid-based templates required to solve complex technical issues
- Determine root cause of issues by reviewing logs and debugging scripts
- Create SQL queries to generate and provide reports to management
- Work directly with Customer Support team and business teams to troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve issues
- Document findings, including new defects in products and work with the Project Management team to create knowledgebase articles
- Create and maintain internal documentation related to technical topic specialities
- Work cross-departmentally as required to resolve customer issues
- Act as an escalation point for technical questions and case consultations
- Communicate the current status of issues to management and the Triage Manager as necessary, based on the severity and impact of the issue on the business
- Own the resolution process from ticket assignment to ticket closure
- Experience developing, enhancing and customizing configurable applications
- Experience working with API’s
- Meet with customers as necessary to collect information, define requirements & resolve issues
- Experience estimating development and support tasks


Required Skills & Experience:

- Scripting language (e.g. Liquid, JavaScript, etc.)
- Be proactive and inquisitive with a clear focus on problem-solving
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have great time management skills
- Attention to detail is required
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues and solutions in an easy to understand, non-technical manner
- Ability to write clear & concise documentation


Bonus Skills & Experience:

- Azure database and cloud services
- Visual Studio debugging
- Ability to read & write front-end code
- Experience with PowerShell
- Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) providers
