Project manager for Certification team (offline)

Responsibilities:
— Coordinate and enable effective communication within the team and between different teams;
— Ensure all operational processes are carried on in an appropriate way;
Improve existing processes;
— Run weekly planning with the team;
— Keep track of running projects and internal documentation;
— Initiate and facilitate a creation of best practices work process;
— Work with relevant certification authorities to ensure all existing and new products meet their requirements;
— Work with production to ensure the manufacture to our production drawings;
— Design specifications based on certification requirements / test procedures and documentation are inline with above;
— Suggest where appropriate changes to design and performance specifications to improve product quality or production efficiency;
— Assist in exercises to prove efficiency and quality;
— Produce reports and records as required;
— Organize information and improve existing processes throughout the company;
— Prepare documentation and participate in /conduct company audits;
— Verify if product functionalities are aligned with functional description;
— Coordinate communication between the team and the certifying company in the process of product certification;
— Provide support to resolve issues raised in the process of product certification;
— Liaise with other departments in the process of preparing games before certification and during certification process;
— Understand new business requirements and transform them into technical tasks.

Requirements:
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
— Upper Intermediate English level;
— Strong organizational skills with a high attention to details;
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
