Product Designer (E-commerce) at Edible (offline)

About:
Edible® is a U.S.-based franchising business that specializes in selling fresh fruit arrangements https://www.ediblearrangements.com/. The company has more than 1,500 offline stores and over $600M yearly revenue.

Responsibilities:
• Work on a continuous redesign of E-commerce website;
• Designing CloudPOS tablet application for offline stores;
• Work autonomously and in collaboration with the team;
• Designing low and high-fidelity prototypes for validating your hypothesis on real users;
• Create and maintain design system;
• Investigate business requirements, conduct kick-off meetings with stakeholders, transform requirements into documents or proof of concepts;
• Identify design problems and advising accurate, applicable, and reliable solutions meeting both user needs and business goals;
• Make precise short-term estimations and seeing a bigger picture of project development;
• Discuss, validate, and evaluate generated ideas with stakeholders and team.

Required skills:
• 3+ years experience in E-commerce projects;
• Experience in designing web, mobile, and tablet-only applications;
• Good knowledge of Figma and experience working with design systems;
• Design and develop UX deliverables throughout the wireframes, design concept and visual specs. Based on UX best practices, research, and metrics;
• Upper-Intermediate in English or higher (both written and spoken);
• Experience working with foreign clients;
• A showcase of related works with prototypes and examples of documents with UX research;
• Experience working in Agile teams;
• Ability to give, receive, and apply constructive feedback;
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset;
• References from your teammates.

As a plus:
• Experience in JavaScript;
• Motion Design;
• Experience in 3D.
