Middle Email Marketing Specialist (offline)

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will also be required to collaborate with coworkers across departments to receive maximum results of the marketing campaigns.

This position also requires skills in content marketing as these two components work in parallel in our marketing efforts. However, we may hire a candidate with the basic content marketing experience if the candidate shows outstanding skills on the email marketing side.

Email Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
Conducting market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviors, especially in the e-learning niche.
Reviewing our former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputs (where the historical data exists).
Conceptualizing marketing campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of existing and prospective clients.
Create successful email campaigns that attract, nurture and convert leads into buyers.
Creating well-written copy that converts (in collaboration with freelancers if needed).
Collaborating with Graphic Designers to create high-quality branded content for the email channel and the content marketing needs.
Monitoring and reporting on the utility of each campaign.

Email Marketing Specialist Requirements:
Strong Upper/Advanced level of English is a must.
Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns.
Prior email database management experience, preferably in a similar role.
Familiarity with email automation tools.
Excellent project management skills specific to marketing.
Profound knowledge of email marketing and its content strategy and needs.
Ability to harness collaboration to produce well-crafted content.
Result-oriented mindset.

Will be a plus:
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similar.
Experience in e-learning niche marketing.
Experience in working with big e-learning platforms such as Udemy, Coursera, and similar to them.
Experience in working with the US and EU markets

Content Marketing duties

You will be responsible for creating relevant content (blog posts, cheat sheets, lead magnets etc) related to our brands and distributing it across email channel and website; you will collaborate with other team members to distribute the content on social media and other channels that may bring value for our brands.

This role doesn’t assume that you will actually write the content, you will work with the freelancers to create the content.

You will coordinate the use of content into the overall marketing strategy and create a vision for the content to achieve desired marketing goals.
