Main responsibilities: - Recruiting, executive searching and headhunting of IT specialists of different levels and skills - Conducting interviews - Communication with candidates (both active and passive, we expect you to keep in touch with them over time - Maintaining relationships with candidates and participating in the development and maintenance internal database - Writing feedbacks and summaries - Providing analytics and statistics on requests - Participating in the improvement of recruitment, procedures and regulations
Mandatory requirements: - 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment - English - at least upper-intermediate (both: written and spoken) - Understanding of technologies in the IT Industry - Good understanding of outsourcing business peculiarity - A strong network of talented experts - Good knowledge of different recruitment tools - Experience in intervening and giving quality feedback - Excellent communication skills
