Sales Development Representative Manager (offline)

This is a brand new hire and a golden opportunity for someone to join a very early stage startup and have a massive impact on our growth.

As part of this role you will manage and oversee the hiring, onboarding, coaching, development, performance management and retention of a team primarily based in our Kiev office with remote members based in APAC and North America. The team is responsible for converting freemium users of our Threat Management Marketplace SaaS into qualified meetings, following up on marketing sourced MQLs and conducting outbound prospecting into target accounts.
The SDR Manager will be responsible for driving all programs working with the broader marketing team as well as inbound and outbound lead generation best practices and programs. You will implement cold calling and incentive programs that will generate leads aligned with the primary solution areas. As the SDR Manager you will identify and manage required training to support the SDRs to ensure that business goals are achieved.

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer with a matrix based reporting line to the VP Sales you will be a data driven, analytical person who is positive, hungry and results-driven that owns end to end sales development initiatives. You must also be a team player, working with other parts of the organisation and for the good of the company.

Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience
Proven success in managing an outbound business development or Inside Sales organization, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment and/or in cyber-security
Evidence of consistently delivering against targets
Strong coaching and people development skills with virtual leadership experience
Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Adaptable to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM’s, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales outreach tools and social selling


Responsibilities:

Hiring, managing, coaching and motivating a growing SDR team
Lead by example, and support the SDRs to achieve, and exceed, their meetings targets
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing colleagues to drive increases in new leads, opportunities and revenue growth
Establish clear buying personas for our target audience and communication that resonates - e.g. emails and talk scripts for SDRs to engage with targets
Regularly report to management on team and individual performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement
Mentoring and encouraging the personal growth and development of the SDR team
Build, track and optimize all processes surrounding the SDR function
