Job Description
As a Front-End Developer, you will have a passion for building and developing and customizing software components for the client servicing team. Working within an agile environment you will lead the frontend development process partnering with product owners and other internal stakeholders with a deep focus on quality. The Person We Need
Great skills and even greater personal qualities:

- education degree in relevant technology-based subject from a recognized university
- at least three years of experience developing client technologies;
- Experience guiding junior developers (nice to have for a Sr.Developer opening)
- advanced knowledge of JavaScript and front-end frameworks such as Angular, Ember etc. HTML (Semantics, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility)
- Knowledge and experience with React and other frameworks would be great;
- CSS including scaling on large projects; Automation (JSLint, ESLInt, JSHint); JS Unit testing approaches and Source Control (Git, SVN)
- strong English communication skills in written and spoken English
- independent personality with strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude while being able to establish harmonious working relationships with team members.


Your Responsibilities
Drive your professional growth through rising to these challenges:

- devise front-end development strategy, framework selection and emerging technology
- develop front-end code based on wireframes, visual designs and UX specifications
- work with a team of front-end developers in the successful execution of a client engagement, managing skills and capacity
- contribute to the development of internal tools and reusable architecture
- participate in front-end web-development project lifecycle from pitch/prototype, through definition, build, integration, QA and delivery
- enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise mobile solutions
- collaborate with Project Managers, Scrum Master, onsite coordinators and UX teams
- customer-centric focus and able to manage internal customers, stakeholders effectively and ensure high level of satisfaction.
