Senior Java Developer for Norwegian Company (offline)

About project:

You will be working for project in Norwegian insurance company. Client is creating new application for business customers.

We are setting up a development team in Kyiv, which will join colleagues in Oslo and directly work with our Norwegian customers. A project is built on Java stack using micro-services architecture and uses Scrum as managing framework.

Responsibilities:
- Close collaboration with a customer: discuss and implement business requirements
- Suggesting technology or approach or solution, discuss it together with the team and decide which technology to use. You are free to come with your vision of a problem and provide possible solutions and implement it
- You will be a part of design meetings to create, update, improve product architecture, and optimize product performance
- Our teams are cross-functional and all team members focus on not only doing their own tasks but also work together with and assist other team members

Qualifications:
- 5+ years in development
- Strong Java 11 skills
- Spring Boot 2
- Git (Bitbucket), Maven, Jenkins
- Openshift
- Solid English skills
