We are looking for a dynamic and engaged business development executive to represent our software development services on the global stage. If you are an enthusiastic, motivated, creative sales and business development professional with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and generate leads based on real market experience and subject expertise then our team wants to hear from you!

What we are looking for:
- Experience in selling software development services and solutions, including both product and services;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- An excellent level of English, oral, and written communication skills essential;
- Results-oriented with a record of success in meeting deadlines;
- A strong work ethic and a team player attitude with a deep commitment to customer satisfaction;
- A strong knowledge of IT and Software Development;
- A pride in their excellent interpersonal skills, including with internal and external partners and all levels of management;
- Experience selling in both direct and indirect or channel-driven models.

What will you do:
- Generating real conversions on leads and prospective accounts for new business;
- Establishing and working with partners in your territory;
- Presenting software development services to clients and partners;
- Playing an integral role in the success of the sales team;
- Leveraging industry knowledge and experience to define and guide the customer requirements and configuration of solutions;
- Eliciting and documenting customer requirements;
- Successfully engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously;
- Gathering ongoing prospect/customer feedback and related information;
- Representing the company at trade shows and events;
- Working closely with the software development team to keep them updated on industry trends and customer requirements.
