Front End Engineer (offline)

Twingate is building a modern remote access solution that simplifies and improves the way businesses secure access to their on-prem and cloud-based network resources. We are looking for a self-motivated, goal oriented and exceptional Front End Web Developer with expertise in HTML5, CSS & Typescript/JavaScript.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Develop user-facing features using React.js;
● Interpret graphic visuals or interaction designs into high quality code HTML/CSS/JS/TS;
● Create visually appealing, responsive web applications that work well across different browsers, devices and platforms;
● Mentor junior engineers.

REQUIREMENTS:

● 4+ years of experience with popular React.js frameworks and state managers (like Flux/Redux);
● Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or Typescript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model;
● Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, including functional components;
● Experience with popular React.js frameworks and state managers (like Flux/Redux);
● Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, Yarn, etc.;
● Ability to convert a design file into a working webpage;
● Excellent verbal and written English.

Nice to have:

● Proficiency in Node.js;
● Experience working with GraphQL APIs and Relay/Apollo;
● Experience with Next.js and\or Gatsby.js;
● Technical Leadership/Mentoring experience.
