Recruiter (offline)

Requirements
— Upper-Intermediate English
— 2+ years of experience in the area (strong full-cycle recruiting experience)
— Understanding of different recruiting methodologies and tools
— Strong presentation and communication skills (ability to conduct negotiations with customers)
— Ready for quickly changing environment
— Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
As a plus
— Be familiar with the VISA types and Tax terms
— Hands-on experience with hiring and head-hunting abroad (USA, Europe, UK, Asia etc.)
— Experience in living abroad.

Duties
— Communicate with hiring managers, get all the information about vacancies and close them in thermes discussed
— Publish ads and provide candidates with the information about the company and requirements
— Conduct reports and take part in writing/updating procedures and documentation
— Conduct Job Offer negotiations.
