IT Specialist (offline)

Necessary skills:
• At least 3 years in IT project management
• Ability to find optimal solutions within the existing system functionality
• Skills of working with OS Windows, Linux, Unix
• Client-server application development skills
• Knowledge of relational databases: MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Knowledge of programming languages ​​(Python, Java, Transact SQL, VBA, etc.)
• English – intermediate

Soft skills:
• Ability to find and efficiently process, transform information
• Ability to draw conclusions, model and build hypotheses
• Ability to interact in a team-based on positive communication
• Ability to adequately respond to stressful situations based on the management of emotions and emotional state
• Ability to solve problem situations
• Systems thinking
• Ability to continuous learning
• Ability to solve problems on a turnkey basis

Key responsibilities:
• analysis of business requirements for IT systems and development/improvement of business solutions
• development of the ETRM system and other platforms in Trading for solving business problems
• preparation of technical specifications, instructions, presentations;
• checking the functionality of IT systems
