Sales Manager (offline)

The key and primary responsibility are to sign new contracts.

Organize and execute the entire sales process to achieve the company's goals;
Plan and implement sales development as a business function;
Constantly seek and implement new ways to improve the sales process;
Provide management with detailed sales statistics;
Work in a team with the CEO of the company

Skill Requirements:

Еxperience in sales in the IT and/or software market; nurturing, negotiation, presentation, closing deals, sales research, sales strategy, sales analytics;
Experience in building, maintaining and optimizing business processes;
Experience with modern software tools for managing sales processes (including data-driven analytics and decision making);
Understanding the B2B, B2С sales lifecycle and different approaches to optimizing;
Effective time management skills;
Risk management skills;
Ability to make decisions quickly;
Leadership skills;
Self-study and self-development;
Demanding to others;
Ability to convey a thought;
Ability to understand people, their goals and interests, a high level of empathy;
English - fluent.
