IT Recruiter (offline)

Required skills

— 2+ years experience in IT recruitment (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter)
— The extensive network of IT contacts and a good understanding of the IT market
— Candidates searching experience (Linkedin, GitHub, Twitter, etc. )
— Experience in searching candidates with Ruby on Rails, React.js, QA Automation, or other knowledge in the IT field
— Good understanding of IT technologies and the ability to read and understand the requirements for various IT job profiles.
— Experience in pre-screening, interviewing, providing feedbacks
— English level — Intermediate or higher, Ukrainian — fluent
— Bachelor/Master degree.

Responsibilities

— Sourcing and screening
— Participate in the recruitment process at all stages
— Manage and run candidates interviews
— Posting vacancies
— Manage candidate’s feedbacks (prepare/document/share)
— Daily reporting to HR manager (sourcing/hiring status)
— Job market research and analysis
