Resource/Account Manager (offline)

Now we are looking for a Resource/Account Manager to join our team.

FEW WORDS ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- We need someone with a background of working with clients/HR (both – would be ideal);
- People-oriented, challenge-oriented, results-oriented personality;
- Energetic + initiative AND calm + the tact sense at the same time;
- Passionate and caring;
- Good communicative skills + good English, both spoken and writing (Upper-intermediate level);
- Experience of work with Gmail/Word/Excell, Drive.

Responsibilities:

AS AN ACCOUNT MANAGER:
- Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer’s matters and helping customers through email, phone, and in-person meetings;
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our services;
- Engaging in organizational issues, processes, and workflows in order to help teams operate more effectively;
- Collaborating with teams to facilitate client’s needs fulfillment and to improve the quality of cooperation;
- Assisting with challenging client requests, resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes;
- Business trips arrangements;
- Invoicing plan preparing, sending, monitoring, together with payments and accounting paperwork collection.

AS A RESOURCE MANAGER:
- Organizing and maximizing the effective work of every “subordered” person;
- Responsible for administrative, disciplinary, and organizational questions (workday schedule, planned vacations, sick leaves, lateness, etc);
- Responsible for motivation and professional growth of employees and caring about the development of the team`s attitude and discipline;
- Gathering, organizing, reporting, and sharing feedback from customers, management, and team;
- Understanding projects involvement and tasks and assignments clearness and DOability to the resource;
- Knowing, managing, and propagating Company’s values, principles, and work awareness in daily communications.
