Affiliate Manager (offline)

SocialTech is a successful product IT company that helps people from all over the world to meet and communicate on our sites. Now we have millions of users, a team of 150+ people, and we are not going to stop reaching new clients.

Now we are in search of an Affiliate Manager.
The main aim of your work is to attract new users to our products. The way you will do that is by attending online and offline conferences to recruit new marketing agencies for cooperation, communicating daily with marketing agencies all across the world, and analyzing the performance of your partners.

We are a match if you have:
● Advanced level of English
● Strong negotiation skills
● Strong analytical background
● Ability to work independently and follow deadlines
● Strong problem-solving skills
● Business-oriented mindset
It’s a plus if you have:
● Experience in affiliate marketing
● Two+ years of work in Big4, FMCG, retail companies
● Basic knowledge of how Internet marketing works
Your main tasks:
● Searching for new partners (webmasters), establishing new communications, and building long-term relationships.
● Supporting existing partners, searching for approaches to increase income with current webmasters.
● Regularly analyzing attracted traffic.
● Participating in offline foreign conferences (after the corona crisis) and online conferences.
● Interacting with various business departments (analytics, creative team, development team, finance and legal departments).
● Analyzing competitors, new niches and new markets.
